Call for proposals for Summer Courses for 2021 opened
The Summer Courses foundation of the University of the Basque Country / Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea organises the Summer Courses, which in 2021 will be reaching their 40th edition. A special edition in which we will be commemorating this anniversary.
We do not need a radical change, but we do need a systemic change in society.

The UPV/EHU summer courses arrive at their 40th edition with an invitation to reflect about the future.
The historic headquarters of the BBVA foundation in Bilbao saw the presentation of the 40th edition of the Summer Courses by president and rector of the UPV/EHU Eva Ferreira, director of the BBVA foundation Rafael Pardo and academic director of the Summer Courses Itziar Alkorta.
Environmental education at school
The Course "7 saberes para la educación ambiental en la escuela" (7 lessons for environmental education at school) awakened great interest among audiences interested in environmental education, because of both its novel approach, linking Morin's complex lessons to environmental education, and the international standing of the speakers. As well as the potential students at whom it was aimed - people coordinating school Agenda 2030 projects - the course attracted people from the worlds of academia, business and environmental education consultancy, among others.
The second edition of the DSF presents content about the overall health of the planet through 5 sustainability challenges
After the excellent response to the first edition of the Donostia Sustainability Forum in 2020, the 2021 edition of the Forum presents content to be offered over the year in hybrid form (physical and live online).
Educating in nature, discovering spring
The course "Naturan hezi, lore garaian" has just ended. On it, 40 members of the education community were able to find out about some of the keys to opening up schools to nature.
